my papa with indira ghandhi and the then president of India .....i wonder if she was trying to figure out her strategy to further carve out punjab or perhaps declare another emergency.....papa received the padma shri medal from the president that day...kinda like being knighted or receiving the medal of honor. you folks see a lot of my mom...here's papa
